We manage our own and external project developments with regard to clearly defined cost targets, deadlines and construction quality. In doing so, we are assisted by an extensive network, which has been built up on the basis of numerous previous projects, as well as many years of our own investment experience.
Furthermore, we advise investors without real estate expertise as a “temporary project-owner” from the idea, through the planning and execution phases, up to handover of the property.
Our focus is on project planning for (temporary) residential buildings.
